1. About Us

Mix Flowers is a premium floristry service operated by PT Rejeki Elok Dinamika, a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. By accessing mix.florist or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full.
  • We accept bank transfer, virtual account, QRIS, e-wallets (OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay), and credit/debit cards.
  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started (typically within 1 hour of confirmation).

3. Delivery

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM WIB in Jakarta.
  • Delivery is handled by our courier partners. Estimated delivery windows are provided but not guaranteed.
  • The recipient must be available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, the courier will wait up to 10 minutes.
  • Mix Flowers is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure events.
  • Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and displayed at checkout.

4. Product Quality

  • All arrangements are handcrafted by our florists using the freshest available flowers.
  • Due to the nature of fresh flowers, exact flower types and colors may vary slightly from product photos. We ensure the overall style, color palette, and quality match or exceed the displayed arrangement.
  • Fresh flowers typically last 5-7 days with proper care. Care instructions are included with every delivery.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • If your arrangement arrives damaged, please contact us via WhatsApp at +62 878-1888-9997 within 2 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
  • Refunds are not available for orders that have been delivered to the correct address and received without damage.
  • Subscription orders can be paused or cancelled with at least 48 hours notice before the next scheduled delivery.

6. Subscriptions

  • Subscription plans auto-renew according to the selected frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
  • Payment is charged automatically using your saved payment method.
  • You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting support.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on mix.florist — including photos, designs, text, and branding — is the property of PT Rejeki Elok Dinamika and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Mix Flowers' total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the South Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan).
